Every GaraHerb order is placed with, charged by and shipped by the official seller, so the official seller is the only party who can act on it. That covers order tracking and shipping status, changing or cancelling an order, refunds under the 60-day money-back guarantee, billing questions, and anything to do with a payment you do not recognise.
The fastest route is the customer-service link inside your order confirmation email — it carries your order number and reaches the desk that holds your record. If you no longer have that email, use the contact details on the official store page we link to and quote the name, email address and last four digits of the card used on the order.
We deliberately do not publish a support phone number or a support email address for the brand. We are not that desk, we cannot verify a number we do not operate, and sending you to an unverified one is how people get scammed. If a site hands you a “GaraHerb support hotline” it cannot substantiate, treat that as a warning sign.
Write to us about the content itself: a factual correction, an ingredient we have described unclearly, a citation you think is wrong, or a question about how we research and how we earn. Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and we act on them.
